应用热加工图研究TC11钛合金组织演变规律 被引量:1

摘要 采用等温压缩实验研究具有马氏体组织的TC11钛合金(Ti-6.5Al-1.5Zr)在两相区的变形行为及微观组织演变规律。等温压缩实验的变形温度为920~980℃,应变速率为0.1~10s-1,变形量为30%~70%。基于动态材料模型(DMM),建立了具有马氏体组织的TC11钛合金两相区变形的热加工图。根据热加工图,得到了具有马氏体组织的TC11钛合金两相区变形组织演变规律。具有马氏体组织的TC11钛合金两相区变形时,合适的加工工艺参数为变形温度950~980℃,应变速率为0.1~1.0s-1。 Hot deformation behavior and microstructure evolution during two phase region deformation of TCll titanium alloy (Ti-6. 5A1- 1.5Zr) with martensite microstructure was studied by isothermal hot compression tests. The test parameters, which are strain rate of 0. 1- 10 s^-1, temperature of 920-980 ℃ and deformation reduction of 30%-70% , are employed in the present investigation. The processing maps of TC11 titanium alloy with martensite microstructure were constructed based on dynamic materials model (DMM). According to the processing maps, the mierostructure evolution during two phase region deformation of TC11 titanium alloy with martensite microstrueture is obtained. For TCll titanium alloy with martensite microstructure, the appropriate deformation parameters at two phase region are determined by the processing map, which are temperature of 950-980 ℃ and strain rate of 0. 1-1.0 s^-1
