摘要
目的研究内蒙古牧区蒙、汉族Alzheimer病(AD)的患病率。方法采用分层随机多级整群抽样和现场问卷与入户调查相结合的方法,对内蒙古自治区锡林郭勒盟牧区中的27个社区、2个移民点≥55岁的全部人群进行AD流行病学调查。结果本次共调查9266人,其中蒙古族3259人、汉族5887人。AD粗患病率在调查人群中为4.79%(标准化患病率4.71%),蒙古族与汉族分别为4.63%(标准化患病率4.84%)和4.89%(标准化患病率4.60%),两民族间差异无统计学意义。蒙、汉族女性的AD患病率及患病风险(OR=1.859,OR=2.117)显著高于男性(均P<0.001)。AD患病率随着年龄明显增加,各年龄段的AD患病率比较差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。55~59岁年龄段蒙古族AD患病率明显高于汉族(P<0.05)。结论内蒙古牧区蒙古族与汉族的AD患病率基本相同,均随着年龄的增长而增高;且女性显著高于男性;55~59岁年龄段蒙古族AD患病率明显高于汉族。
Objective To study the Alzheimer's disease (AD) prevalence of Mongolian and Han populations in Inner Mongolia pasturing area. Methods Investigation on the AD epidemiological survey of population who ~〉 55 years old and living in the 27 communities or two settlements in pastoral area of XilinGuole League of Inner Mongolia by multistage random-cluster sampling combined with site questionnaires and home-visit methods. Results There were 9266 persons individuals in this investigation, including 3259 Mongolians and 5887 Han populations. The prevalence rate of AD in interviewees was 4. 79% ( adjusted rate was 4. 71% ). The prevalence rate of AD of Mongolian and Han populations were 4.63% ( adjusted rate was 4.84% ) and 4.89% ( adjusted rate was 4.60% ) respectively, and there was no statistical significance between them. The prevalence rates and risk ( OR = 1. 859, OR = 2. 117 ) of AD in the Mongolian and Han female were significantly higher than male ( all P 〈 0. 001 ). The rate of AD was increase with age increase. There was statistical significance in the rate of AD in each age group ( all P 〈 0. 01 ). The rate of AD in 55 - 59 years old Mongolian was significantly higher than that in Han population ( P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion The AD prevalence rate in Mongolian and the Han populations are almost same, and it is increase with age increase. The rate of AD in female is significantly higher than male, and it in 55 -59 years old Mongolian is significantly higher than that in Han population.
