溶胶凝胶法制备锐钛矿型TiO_2纳米粉及其光催化活性的研究 被引量:3

Preparation of Anatase TiO_2 Nano-particle by Sol-gel Method and Its Photocatlytic Properties

摘要 以钛酸丁酯为前驱体,乙醇为溶剂,盐酸做抑制剂,采用溶胶凝胶法制备TiO2光催化剂。用XRD、SEM和紫外-可见光分度计对样品进行分析,并以甲基橙为模拟污染物,考察样品在紫外光照射下降解甲基橙的能力。结果表明,所制备的样品均为纳米级锐钛矿型的,纯度高且分散性较好;在紫外光照射下具有较高的催化活性。 TiO2 photocatalyst was prepared by sol-gel method using tetrabutyl titanate as precursor, ethanol as solvent, hydrochloric acid as the inhibitore. TiO2 samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction, SEM and ultraviolet visible spectrophotometer. The degradation of methyl orange in aqueous solution under ultraviolet light irradiation was used to evaluate the photocatalytic activity of the samples. The results show that the prepared samples are nano-meter anatase and better dispersion. All the prepared samples have highly active photocatalysts under the irradiation of ultraviolet degradation.
