摘要
从铸造Fe-Cr-B合金及其热喷涂层与堆焊方面的应用与发展方面综述了Fe-Cr-B合金的研究与发展概况;分析了Fe-Cr-B合金中的碳化物与硼化物的组织状态以及Fe-Cr-B合金的韧性不足的原因和改善途径;阐述了Fe-Cr-B合金热喷涂层的研究成果;介绍了Fe-Cr-B系堆焊合金的显微组织,耐磨性以及逐步走向成熟的Fe-Cr-B耐磨焊条。
The research and development t^om casting Fe-Cr-B alloy, application and development of the alloy on the thermal spray coatings and surfacing in the alloy were discussed. The structural state of carbides and borides, reasons and improvements of toughness shortage in the alloy were analyzed; the research achievements about the alloy thermal spray coatings were described; the microstructure and wear resistance of Fe-Cr-B surfacing alloy and Fe-Cr-B wear-resistant electrode which becomes mature were introduced.
