摘要
针对SHS烧结多孔疏松材料的加压致密化过程进行有限元分析,采用有限元软件ANSYS模拟了在主要工艺参数不变、孔隙比不同时,压坯压下量为30%时,疏松孔的变形情况。通过变形区应力应变的分布,孔形状及尺寸的变化,材料变形力的变化,得出了不同孔隙百分比对加压致密化程度过程的影响。
Aiming at the densification process of porous unconsolidated materials sintered by SHS, the finite element analysis of the compacts was simulated. The ANSYS was applied to analyze the deformation situation of the compacts under the press amount of 30% and the other conditions were constant. From the change of deformation and dimension, the equivalent strain and strain distribution in the deformation zone, the densification of the porous compacts with different reduction rate were analyzed during SHS-sintered densification process.
