摘要
对45钢小模数齿轮超音频加热淬火裂纹产生的主要原因进行了较详细的分析。最后提出采用液体氮化-超音频加热淬火(复合处理)工艺,取代以前的普通超音频加热淬火处理工艺,彻底解决了该齿轮超音频加热淬火严重开裂问题,取得了很好的效果。
The reasons that on the 45 steel with small modulus gear ultrasonic quenching crack causes were analyzed. Finally, using liquid nitrogen, ultrasonic quenching (combined treatment) technology can replace the previous general ultrasonic quenching process. It can solve the problem of the gear ultrasonic heating quenching cracking, and obtain a very good result.
