文章从不同筹资模式主客观公平性的角度设计老年人LTC保险筹资方法模型,介绍了LTC保险的定价与精算方法以及如何构建公平性主客观评价体系,为我国目前的老龄长期照护筹资机制提供理论依据。

The paper intends to design the method model of long term care （LTC） insurance financing, to compare the fairness of different financing mode to introduce the pricing and actuarial model of LTC insurance, and to construct objective and subjective evaluation system of fairness, in order to provide references for LTC financing mechanism.
