摘要
普通高中课程改革突出体现在课程结构及其具体设置上的显著变化。各试验区所反映的问题也主要集中在课程结构方面。课程结构改革存在的问题有:选修模块必修化,模块设置缺乏系统性,综合实践活动实施难,学业水平测试与学分管理相矛盾,以及高考的制约性。解决这些问题的对策有:从宏观到微观实现课程结构的整体优化;改革高考制度,形成与新课程结构相适应的课程评价体系;积极探索学校制度的改革;着力加强教研组织的建设。
Ordinary high school curriculum reform highlights the significant changes in the curriculum structure and its specific set. However, the problems reflected in the test areas also focus on the curriculum structure. They are reflected in the following aspects. Elective modules become compulso'ry; module settings are unsystematic; comprehensive practical activities are hard to be implemented; school proficiency test is in contradiction with the credit management and the entrance examination constraints the curriculum structure. To solve these problems, the article recommends some solutions: achieve the overall course structure optimization from the macro level to the micro level; reform the college entrance examination system; form a new course evaluation system which can adapt curriculum structure change; explore the way of school system reform actively; strengthen the construction of teaching and research organizations.
