摘要 目前我国教师专业发展的传统模式存在诸多的问题与局限,难以满足当下课程改革对教师的要求。基于"信任、批判与挑战"的教师专业发展模式在英美等发达国家被广泛应用。以浙江省某农村英语教师语音培训项目为案例,对该模式进行实践与研究,反思了该模式在不同环境下所存在的问题。 Teacher is one of the most crucial factors in the new curriculum reform. However, the current teacher development model is experiencing many problems and limitations, which cannot meet the need of the new curriculum reform. This paper takes Teacher Phonetic Training Project for English Teachers in Rural Areas of Zhejiang as a case, to explore the possibilities of the trust-criticism-challenge- based model in the Chinese context. Based on the experiment, the author reflects the problems found in the study and discusses the possible development in the future.
