摘要
大亚湾核电站反应堆安全壳预应力工程 ,采用法国标准的FreyssinetMonogroup体系 ,由 1 9股或 36股T1 6钢绞线组成钢束穿入刚性及半刚性导管中进行后张拉得到预应力。安全壳预应力分为水平、竖向和穹顶 3个系统 ,水平方向采用 360°全周长布置。钢束张拉需严格按规定的先后张拉次序进行。为防止钢绞线锈蚀 ,张拉后导管内用缓凝水泥浆灌浆。
The French Freyssinet Monogroup system is used for the reactor containment of Daya Bay Nuclear Power Station,where the tendons consisted of 19 or 36 T16 strands are put into the rigid or semirigid conduit,and then the prestressing force is obtained by the post\|tensioning.The containment prestressing system consists of 3 different parts:the horizontal,the vertical and the dome prestressing systems.The tendons in horizontal part are laid in a full 360° circumference.The implementation of tensioning must conform to a defined order.After tensioning,the tendon conduits must be grouted with retarding agent to prevent the tendons from rusting.
