摘要
本文介绍一种方便面含油量的速测方法。该方法应用生物统计学原理,以国标方法为依据,只需用石油醚浸泡、蒸馏。方法快捷准确,可及时指导生产。
This article introduces a quick method for measuring the oil content infried instant noodle. The method applies the biological statistic theory, refe-rring to the state-regulated standard. Although it only adopts soak-in-the-petroleum benzin-and-distill, it is quite effective and workable. Taking adva-ntage of its swiftness, it can supervise the production promptly.
