摘要 用亲和层析、体外翻译、~3H-亮氨酸参入和放射自显影研究了光对小麦幼苗叶内RNA、poly(A)mRNA和体外翻译产物的影响。光引起小麦幼苗叶内ENA和mRNA含量提高,SDS-PAGE表明体外的翻译产物也有变化、主要表现在照光后29~32KD前体蛋白出现并增多;77.6、73、67、47.3、20、17KD多肽也增加,而121.4、15.8KD蛋白减少。光影响了小麦叶基因的表达。 The effect of light on RNA, poly(A)mRNA and in vitro translation pro-duct in the leaves of wheat seedling by affinity thromatography, in vitrotrans1ation, ~3H-leucine incorporation, and autoradiography are studied. Thelight causes the raise of RNA and mRNA content in the leaves of wheatseedling. SDS-PAGE proves that in vitro translation product also cha-nges, and its main expression is the appearance and increase of preproteins29-32 KD after two day illumination, polypeptides 77.6, 73, 67, 47.3, 20,and 17 KD are enhanced too, but polypeptides 121.4 and 15.8 KD are redu-ced. The light influences gene expression in wheat seedling.
