摘要
在腹部创伤中,胰腺创伤的发生率低于临近的肝、脾和肾等脏器,但一旦损伤后,其症状、体征及其病理损害有着独特的表现,诊疗更为复杂,并发症发生率和病死率较高。我院2005年1月-2010年1月收治了存在腹部创伤的患者236例,其中确定有胰腺损伤的有46例,占19.49%。
