原发型上颌骨成釉细胞癌一例 被引量：1

摘要 患者男,48岁。因左侧上腭无痛性肿块渐进性增大2个月就诊。1个月前发现左侧上前牙后方一肿块,无不适,抗生素口服治疗,肿块无变化。近1个月来肿块增大伴隐痛。于2012年2月1日收住口腔科病房。专科检查：左侧上腭见一1.5cm×1.2cm×0.5cm肿块,表面黏膜色泽正常、光滑,质地中等,无压痛。双侧颌下及颈部浅表淋巴结未扪及。
