用不同方法评估2024-T62铝合金结构件的原始疲劳质量

摘要 以2024-T62铝合金锪窝铆接结构试样为对象,通过耐久性试验和断口分析,得到了试样的疲劳裂纹扩展数据;再采用传统的原始疲劳质量(IFQ)量化评估方法和裂纹超越数概率比较法对试样的IFQ进行对比评估,并用控制应力水平曲线进行了验证。结果表明:裂纹超越数概率比较法得到的IFQ评估曲线更准确,控制应力水平曲线验证了其准确性。 2024 T62 aluminum alloy riveted structures with dimple holes were investigated by durability experiment and the analysis of fracture to get the data of endurance crack propagation. The traditional method and a method of comparing the probability of the crack number beyond the reference number were used to assess the initial fatigue quality eontrastively. Assessment results were checked by the controlled stress level curves. Results show that the assessment curve of IFQ get by the method of comparing the probability of the crack number beyond the reference number was closer to the reality than that of the traditional method, which was verified by the controlled stress level curves.
