摘要
通过显微组织观察、力学与阻尼性能试验研究了锌含量对铸造镁锌锆合金显微组织、力学性能以及阻尼性能的影响,并讨论了该系合金的阻尼机制。结果表明:随着锌含量的增加,镁锌锆合金的抗压强度增大,阻尼性能则一直下降;当锌的质量分数为3.18%时,合金的力学性能和阻尼性能达到较佳匹配;锌含量对合金的阻尼机制影响不大,可通过GL理论解释其阻尼机制,并且该系合金的低应变阻尼为弛豫型阻尼,高应变阻尼为静滞后型阻尼。
The effects of Zn contents on microstructure, mechanical properties and damping properties of cast Mg-Zn-Zr alloys were studied, and damping mechanism for the tested alloys was discussed. The results show that the compressive strength of Mg-Zn-Zr alloys increased and damping properties decresed with the increase of Zn content. When Zn content was 3. 18wt%, the alloy showed relatively good mechanical properties and damping properties. The damping mechanism for the tested alloys was not affected by Zn contents and could be explained by G-L theory, and was anelastic internal friction at low strain amplitude, and static hysteresis internal friction at high stain amplitude.
