Expression of let-7i in placenta of gravida with preeclampsia

摘要 目的探讨let-7i的表达与子痫前期(PE)发病的关系。方法收集剖宫产的20例PE孕妇(PE组)和20例正常妊娠妇女(对照组)的胎盘组织,应用实时荧光定量PCR技术检测胎盘组织中let-7i的表达水平。结果 Let-7i在PE组胎盘组织中表达降低,约为对照组的1/3(P<0.05)。结论 PE孕妇胎盘组织中存在特异微小RNA(miRNA)的差异表达,PE发病可能受到miRNA的调控。 Objective To explore the relationship of the let-7i expression in the placenta and the pathogenesis of preeclampsia(PE).Methods The let-7i expression in the placenta taken during selective Cesarean section was detected by RT-PCR in the gravida with PE(group PE,20 cases) and normal gravita without PE(group C,20 cases).Results Compared with group C,the expression of let-7i in group PE was downregulated,which was about one third of that in group C(P0.05).Conclusion The expression difference of specific miRNA in human placenta of patients with PE exists,which indicates that PE development may be regulated by specific miRNA.
