胃印戒细胞癌68例临床病理特征分析

An analysis on clinicopathological characteristics of 68 cases with gastric signet ring cell carcinoma

目的探讨胃印戒细胞癌(SRC)的临床病理特征。方法回顾性分析68例胃SRC和518例非印戒细胞癌(NSRC)的临床病理特点。结果 SRC女性发病率为44.1%,明显高于NSRC的27.2%(P<0.05);SRC胃下部发生率为60.3%,明显高于NSRC的43.8%(P<0.05);SRC易浸润黏膜层或黏膜下层,突破肌层者少于NSRC(P<0.05);SRC易形成脉管癌栓。而在年龄、淋巴结转移、神经侵犯等方面两者差异无统计学意义。结论胃SRC好发于女性,胃下部多见,易在胃壁内呈弥漫性生长和形成脉管内癌栓。

Objective To analyze the clinicopathological characteristics of gastric signet ring cell carcinoma（SRC）.Methods Data from 68 patients with SRC（group A） and 518 cases with non-SRC（group B） were retrospectively analyzed and compared.Results The incidence rate of SRC in female was higher in group A than that in group B（44.1% vs.27.2%）（P0.05）.The incidence rate of cancer located at the lower stomach was higher in group A than that in group B（60.3% vs.43.8%）（P0.05）.Compared to non-SRC,SRC had a larger proportion of mucosa or submucous-infiltration,but less breakthrough of muscularis（P0.05）.There was no statistical difference in age,lymph node metastasis and nerve infiltration between two groups.Conclusion The incidence rate of SRC is higher in female than that in male.SRC tends to occur at the lower part of the stomach with asystematic growth and formation of intravasular cancer emboli.
