摘要 目的:观察上-下标牙位记录法在口腔门诊病历书写牙位的效果。方法:在临床口腔各科室的病历中,用上-下标牙位记录法记录牙位。结果:上-下标牙位记录法能准确地标记牙位,尤其在修复科和正畸科病历中,多个牙齿仍然记录在一个标识字符中,易识易记。结论:上-下标牙位记录法完全满足了口腔门诊电子病历记录牙位的要求。 Objective: To observe the effect of recording teeth by superscript-subscript tooth notation system in the dental out-patient medical records. Method: Teeth are recorded by superscript-subscript tooth notation system in the dental out-patient medical records in each clinical department of dentistry. Result: Teeth can be denoted by superscript-subscript tooth notation system accurately. More teeth are still recorded in a identification character and easy to know and remember even in the medical records of prosthodontics and orthodontics. Conclusion: Superscript-subscript tooth notation system can fully meet requirements of the dental out-patient electronic medical records.
