视网膜母细胞瘤的研究进展 被引量：3

摘要 最近10年，关于视网膜母细胞瘤（Retinoblastoma，RB）的研究有了快速的发展，涉及的范围包括病因学、遗传学、肿瘤生物标记、肿瘤摘除术后的风险因素及新的治疗方法。这些进展对RB的发病机制有了进一步的认识，同时指导临床治疗，提高了RB患者眼抢救比例，尽量的保留了患者的视力，改善了患者的生活质量，同时也提高了患者的存活率。
