IOL Master和A超联合ObscanⅡ测人工晶状体度数的比较算

Comparison IOL Master with ultrasonic biometry and Obscan Ⅱ in biometry and intraocular lens power calculation

摘要 目的探讨IOL Master对白内障IOL(人工晶状体)度数计算的准确性。方法对134例150只眼白内障患者分别使用IOL Master和A超联合ObscanⅡ(常规检查法)进行生物测量,计算病例检出率、IOL度数及绝对屈光度差值(MAFE),并进行统计学分析。结果通过比较IOLMaster和常规检查法的病例检小率、角膜曲率测量和IOL度数计算上存在统计学差异,而在眼轴长度测量上无统计学差异。结论IOL Master能够准确、稳定地测算大多数白内障患者IOL度数,但其适用范围仍小于常规检查方法。此外,在检出范围内,IOL Master对IOL度数测算的准确性不受晶状体核密度、晶状体混浊形态及眼屈光状态的影响。 Objective To investigate the accuracy of intraocular lens power calculation of cata- ract. Methods The axial length, keratometric power, the degrees of artificial lens and mean absolute refractive error, which were acquired by IOL Master and ultrasonic biometry and Obscan Ⅱ (the routine examination method) in 150 oyes of 134 patients suffered with cataract, and detectablerate, which was also calculated, were analyzed statistically. Results There was significant difference in detectablerate, keratometric power, intraocular lens power calculation and mean absolute refractive error (MAFE), and no significant difference in axial length between IOL Master and routine examina- tion method. Conclusions It is accurate and stable in biometry and intraocular lens power calculation of IOL Master, but it has smaller using scale than routine examination method. There is no relation between accuracy of IOL Master in power calculation and turbid level of lens, morphologic characteristics of the opacity and the ocular refraction of patients.
