摘要
目的研究RetCam数字视网膜照相机探查新生儿各个象限前房角的可能性和适用范围。方法研究对象为新生儿重症监护室里的8例新生儿,表面麻醉后通过RetCamⅢ数字视网膜照相机对每例患儿的右眼进行各个象限前房角的拍照,在得到的图像上分析各个象限前房角的形态。结果8只眼都能得到至少1个象限的RetCamⅢ下前房角图像。其中1只眼能够得到4个象限的前房角图像,4只眼能够得到2个象限的前房角图像,3只眼能够得到1个象限的前房角图像。7只眼可以获得鼻侧象限前房角图像,4只眼可以获得颞侧象限前房角图像,3只眼可以获得上方前房角图像,1只眼可以获得下方前房角图像。前房角的异常形态包括虹膜前附着、小梁网被不透明膜覆盖以及前房角血管。结论RetCam数字视网膜照相机可以用于拍摄和记录新生儿局部前房角的形态。鼻侧前房角的图像最容易被获取。
Objective To evaluate the application of the RetCam distal fundus camera in detecting the anterior chamber angle in newborn. Methods Eight newborns in NICU received RetCam Ⅲ examination under topical anesthesia. The right eye of each case was photographed and the images of the anterior chamber angle were obtained and evaluated. Results During the RetCam examination of the 8 eyes of the newborns, 4 quadrants of the anterior chamber angle images were available in 1 eye; 2 quadrants of the anterior chamber angle images were available in 4 eyes; and 1 quadrant anterior chamber angle images were available in 3 eyes. Nasal quadrant of the anterior chamber angle was successfully detected in 7 eyes; temporal quadrant was detected in 4 eyes; superior quadrant was detected in 3 eyes; and inferior quadrant was detected in I eye. The abnormal findings included iris inserting anteriorly, translucent membrane covering the trabecular meshwork, and vessels in the anterior chamber angle. Conclusions RetCam digital fundus camera plays a good role in detecting the anterior chamber angle in newborn. The image of the nasal quadrant of anterior chamber angle tends to be easier to be captured by RetCam compared with other quadrants.
