摘要
目的探讨Allegro Oculyzer眼前节诊断系统对年龄相关性白内障行超声乳化手术前后眼前节结构变化的分析应用。方法自身对照研究。13例(16只眼)年龄相关性白内障患者行超声乳化吸除联合人工晶状体植入术,应用Allegro Oculyzer系统分析手术前后前房容积(anterior chamber voume,ACV),各象限房角(anterior chamber angle,ACA),中央及周边前房深度(anterior chamber depth,ACD)等变化。采用Wilconxon符号秩检验。结果术前CV、ACA(平均、上、下、鼻、颞)、ACD(中央、上方周边、下方周边、鼻侧周边、颢侧周边)分别为(115±35)mm°,(31.4±9.7)°,(32.1±8.94)°,(32.4±6.49)°,(34.9±11.6)°,(35.7±8.04)°,(2.33±0.52)mm,(1.49±0.48)mm,(1.85±0.33)mm,(1.49±0.36)mm,(1.91±0.51)mm;术后则变为(151±18.3)mm°、(46±5.17)°,(45.3±8.51)°.(43.3±5.50)°.(48.1±5.15)°,(47.1±3.65)°,(3.43±0.49)mm,(1.90±0.29)mm,(2.39±0.21)mm,(1.99±0.20)mm,(2.41±0.24)mm,差异有统计学意义。结论超声乳化术可加深中央及周边前房深度及开放房角,而Allegro Oculyzer眼前节诊断系统可用于量化分析手术前后眼前节变化程度。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of Allegro Oculyzer system in the assessment of anterior segment before and after phacoemulsification for age-related cataract. Methods Use self-control study. Sixteen eyes of 13 patients with age-related cataract who underwent phacoemulsification with intraocular lens implantation were recruited into this study. Allegro Oculyzer anterial segment analysis system was used to measure the parameters of anterior segment (i.e. the anterior chamber volume, the anterior chamber angle of the four quadrants, the central and the peripherial anterior chamber depth) before and after the surgery. Wilconxon Sign-Rank Test was used. Results Before the surgery, the anterior chamber volume, the anterior chamber angle (average /superior /inferior /nasal /temporal), the central and the peripherial (superior /inferior /nasal /temporal) anterior chamber depth were (115±35)mm3, (31.4±9.7)°, (32.1±8.94)°, (32.4±6.49)°, (34.9±11.6)°, (35.7±8.04)°, (2.33±0.52)mm, (1.49±0.48)mm, (1.85±0.33)mm, (1.49±0.36)mm, (1.91±0.51)mm, separately. After the surgery, the parameters were changed to (151±18.3)mm3, (46±5.17)°, (45.3±8.51)°, (43.3±5.50)°, (48.1±5.15)°, (47.1±3.65)°, (3.43±0.49)mm, (1.90±0.29)mm, (2.39±0.21)mm, (1.99±0.20)mm, (2.41±0.24)mm, separately. These differences were all statistically significant. Conclusions Phacoemulsification can deepen the central and peripherial anterior chamber, open the anterior chamber angle, and these changes can be quantitatively demonstrated by Allegro Oculyzer anterial segment analysis system.
