先天性胃重复畸形一例
摘要
病例资料：患者．女，6个月，因间断呕吐5个月，加重3天余入院。查体：腹平软，上腹部可触及明显包块，大约3cm×2cm,界清，可推动，无压痛、反跳痛，肝、脾肋下触诊不满意。外院上消化道钡餐提示幽门梗阻。
