1H-MRS在乳腺癌中的应用进展 被引量:2

摘要 波谱成像技术是MR功能成像的一种,它利用MR现象和化学位移作用,分析病灶特定原子核及其化合物分子代谢水平、代谢物浓度,从分子水平反映组织病理生理变化。目前应用于乳腺的波谱技术主要为1 H-MRS,其在乳腺癌的早期诊断、生物学评价、新辅助化疗早期疗效监测等方面具有独特的优势。本文从乳腺1 H-MRS的临床应用现状、技术限度与改进及前景展望等方面进行综述。
