疫苗中铝佐剂的危害性研究进展

铝佐剂疫苗被长期广泛应用于全球儿童计划免疫中，但疫苗中铝佐剂所致的毒副反应尤其是神经系统毒副反应尚未引起学术界的普遍重视。此文对疫苗中铝佐剂与巨噬细胞肌筋膜炎及慢性疲劳、认知功能障碍、海湾战争综合征、自闭症、克罗恩病、皮肤淋巴组织增生症、急性类肉瘤状病及其他局部病变等的相关性进行综述。

Aluminum-containing vaccine is long used in global immunization program for children, but the adverse events induced by aluminum adjuvant, especially the neurotoxicity have not yet attracted academic attention. The correlation of the aluminum adjuvant with macrophage myofascitis, chronic fatigue, cognitive dysfunction, Gulf War syn- drome, autism, Cmhn＇s disease, cutaneous lymphoid hyperplasia, acute sarcoid like disease and other local lesions are reviewed in this article.
