摘要
经过十年文化体制创新的探索积累,文化与科技融合创新逐步成为我国文化创新的主要技术路线。随着我国"文化强国"战略的确立,文化创新要素日益在国家战略平台上汇聚,文化科技融合与文化制度创新相配套,成为国家文化繁荣发展的重要战略支撑。2011-2012年,中国文化创新进入战略性高点,随着文化改革与发展环境的不断优化,文化体制改革持续推进,文化与科技融合创新全面启动,我国国家文化创新体系建设将进入到一个新的历史时期并步入新的发展轨道。
After ten - year exploration and accumulation of experience on culture system innovation, integrating inno- vation of culture and scientific technology gradually becomes the technology roadmap for cultural innovation. As China＇s ＂ culture power＂ strategy is established and cultural innovation elements gather together on the platform of na- tional strategies, the combination of culture and scientific technology integration and cultural system innovation turns out an important strategic support for national cultural prosperity and development. With the constant optimization of culture reform and developing environment from 2011 to 2012, China cultural innovation has reached a high strategic point and the culture reform continues moving forward. The start of integrating innovation of culture and technology has promoted the development of China cultural innovation into a new orbit.
