"文化与科技紧密结合,创意与创新水乳交融"是深圳文化产业发展的基本特色和基本经验,也是抵御历次危机的根本法宝。从更宏观、更长远角度看,促进文化与科技结合,加快文化产业发展,是落实科学发展观,推动文化大发展大繁荣的一项重要课题,值得进一步研究和探讨。本文认为,首先,文化与科技结合,是文化走向大发展大繁荣的重要条件、基本内容和基本标志。其次,由于深圳在全国较早实行文化科技自觉,具备加快发展文化科技产业的良好基础,成功走出了一条"文化+科技"的发展新路,所以文化与科技的融合创新,是深圳文化产业发展的重要命题和基本路径。再次,推动文化与科技紧密结合,是党委、政府和文化企业的共同责任。

Thirdly, to promote the close combination of culture and sci -tech is the mutual re- sponsibilities of Party, government and cultural enterprise.
