湿法酸浸提钒废渣压制免烧砖的研究 被引量:2

摘要 利用湿法酸浸提钒废渣压制免烧砖,探讨了A、B、C3组配方的免烧砖性能,发现水泥使用量在固体干料中的最优范围为15%~20%;选取满足MU15级的B、C2组免烧砖进行XRD及SEM分析,其矿物组成都为方解石和石英,但从微观结构发现,c组样品颗粒间空隙多,结合较松散,B组试样结构较致密,最佳配方为钒渣50%、水泥20%、山砂30%;参照HJ557—2010《固体废物浸出毒性浸出方法一水平振荡法》对B、c2组免烧砖进行浸出毒性试验,得出浸出液中钒的浓度符合GB26452--2011《钒工业污染物排放标准》中的排放限值,其它重金属浓度均符合GB8978--1996《水综合排放标准》中的排放限值。 Using wet acid leaching vanadium slag to produce pressed unfired brick,found the optimal range for cement con- sumption in solid dry material was 15%-20%,after discussing on performance of unfired brick of A,B and C three groups formu- latiomand selected B and C groups brick that meet MU15 level to conduct XRD and SEM analysis,its mineral composition are all calcite and quartz. However,from the micro-structure, we found the group C sample had multi-gap between the particles,with rela- tively loose structure,the group B sample had more tight and compact structure,the best formula was vanadium slag 50%,cement 20% and pit sand 30%;in addition,for B and C groups brick we conducted leaching toxicity test,refereed to HJ 557--2010,the results showed vanadium concentration of the lixivium in accordance with emission limit values of GB 26452--2011,and' other heavy metals concentration of the lixivium in accordance with emission limit values of GB 8979--1996.
