摘要 介绍了一种新型无碱液体速凝剂的合成方法,并对其性能进行了测试,结果表明,优化后的无碱液体速凝剂在掺量为8%时,性能符合JC 477—2005《喷射混凝土用速凝剂》中一等品的要求,基准水泥初凝时间2 min30 s、终凝时间6 min10 s,1 d抗压强度达到12.1 MPa,28 d抗压强度比为98%,后期强度基本无损失,与不同水泥和减水剂的适应性好。 A method was introduced to develop a new liquid alkali-free set accelerator, and the performance was detected. The results show that the optimized liquid alkali-free set accelerator completely meets the requirements for the first class products in the Flash Setting Admixtures of Sprayed Concrete (JC 477--2005)when the additive content is 8%. The initial setting time is 2 min 30 s,the final setting time is 6 min 10 s,1 d compressive strength reaches 12.1 MPa and 28 d compressive strength ratio is 98%, and there is no loss in later strength basically. The set accelerator have a good adaptability to kinds of cements and water reducing agent.
