背散射电子图像分析技术在砂浆孔结构研究中的应用

摘要 采用背散射电子图像分析技术对聚合物改性砂浆的孔结构进行了研究。结果表明,这种方法可以定量获得砂浆剖面的孔隙率和各层的孔隙分布。采用上述方法对炎热条件下养护砂浆的孔结构研究结果表明,孔结构的变化规律与实际养护条件对孔结构的影响一致。 In this paper,backscattered electronic image analysis was used to study pore structure of polymer modified mortar. The results show that it is able to quantitatively obtain porosity of section of mortar samples and distribution of porosity in different layers of it. The study on the porosities of the mortar samples cured under the hot conditions demonstrates that their changes accord with the effects of the practical curing conditions on them.
