摘要
系统研究了酚醛泡沫各原料的用量、反应条件对发泡倍率的影响,使用曲线分析法研究几大原料的最佳配比。催化剂用量20%,反应时间80 min,发泡剂用量6%,固化剂用量18%,表面活性剂用量4%,固化温度80℃时,发泡倍率最大。
This article systematically studied the influence of dosage of various raw materials, reaction conditions and expansion ratio on phenolic foam,and the optimal mix ratio of raw materials was obtained by curve analysis method. The results showed that the optimal expansion ratio was obtained with 20% catalyst, 6% vesicant, 18% curing agent,4% surfactant in the conditions of 80 min reaction time and 80℃ curing temperature.
