摘要
船舶驾驶室的设计质量直接影响航行安全、作战能力、团队作业效率和船员身心健康等问题。为了提高我国船舶驾驶室的设计质量,从人机工程的角度建立了驾驶室多属性数学设计评估模型,开发了驾驶室数字化设计评估软件。实例研究表明,提出的设计评估方法能够精确客观地测量和计算各参数的设计优劣。在驾驶室设计阶段可进行交互式的设计与评估,缩短开发周期,并通过数据库追溯评估过程,发现设计缺陷并进行改进,指导驾驶室设计方案的优化和筛选工作。
The design quality of ship cab directly influences the navigation safety, fight ability, team working efficiency and crew health etc. In order to improve the design quality of ship cab in China, the mathematical evaluation model is established based on human-machine engineering and the digital evaluation software is developed The evaluation case shows that the proposed method can measure and calculate the parameters of ship cab design objectively and accurately, lts interaction between design and virtual evaluation in the design phase, and the development cycle is shortened, and the evaluation process is traceable by database in order to point out the deficiency and improvement. It can guide the optimization and screening of the design scheme of cab.
