摘要
药品是特殊商品,关系到人民群众的生命健康,药品价格直接影响我国制药行业健康发展和国民卫生保健水平的提高。我国药品定价制度历经变革,药品价格管理也逐步趋于规范,但药品的政府定价制度仍存在许多急待解决的问题。文章试图深入分析我国药品政府定价制度,探讨当前药品定价机制存在的缺陷和问题,最后借鉴发达国家药品定价制度实践经验,提出相关策略建议,以完善我国的药品政府定价制度。
The medicine is a special kind of commodity which closely related to people＇s health. The medicine price has in- fluenced the healthy development of pharmaceutical industry and the risen of national health care level in China. Chinese govern- mental drugs pricing system on undertook the transformation, the governmental management on drugs price also gradually tends standards. However, the medicine price in recent years was the hot spot which the society pays attention. By analyzing the devel- opment of the governmental drugs pricing system, the paper searched for the shortcomings of the current mechanism. At last ,it of- fered perfect strategy for our reform on the system of our governmental drugs pricing system in profits from the developed country drugs pricing system advanced experience.
