补阳益气汤加减治疗慢性心力衰竭疗效观察

Therapeutic Effect of Modified Buyang Yiqi Decoction for Chronic Heart Failure Patients

目的:应用补阳益气汤加减治疗慢性心力衰竭患者,观察其临床疗效与对生活质量的影响。方法:将60例慢性心力衰竭患者随机分成治疗组、对照组各30例。治疗组采用补阳益气汤加减辨证施治,同时加用慢性心力衰竭西医治疗药物;对照组仅采用西医治疗。结果:总有效率治疗组为86.7%,对照组为63.3%,2组总有效率比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组6min步行距离较对照组明显提高(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组明尼苏达量表评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:补阳益气汤加减治疗慢性心力衰竭患者可明显改善临床症状,提高生活质量。

Objective： To investigate the therapeutic effect of modified Buyang Yiqi Decoction for chronic heart failure（CHF） patients, and to observe its influence on the quality of life of the patients. Meth- ods： Sixty CHF patients were equally randomized into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was given modified Buyang Yiqi Decoction combined with routine western medicine, and the control group was treated with routine western medicine alone. Results： The total efficiency of the treatment group was 86.7%, and that of the control group was 63.3%, the difference of total efficiency being sig- nificant between the two groups（P 〈 0.05）. The 6-minute walking distance of the treatment group was in- creased as compared with the control group, and Minnesota scale score was lower than that of the con- trol group, the difference being statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Modified Buyang Yiqi Decoc- tion is effective on relieving symptoms, and improving quality of life of chronic heart failure patients.
