凉血除湿祛风法治疗慢性湿疹急性发作期33例疗效观察

Clinical Efficacy of Therapy of Cooling Blood, Removing Dampness,and Dispelling Wind for Treatment of Acute Exacerbation of Chronic Eczema: An Observation of 33 Cases

目的:观察凉血除湿祛风法治疗慢性湿疹急性发作期的临床疗效。方法:选择符合纳入标准的病例65例,按入组的先后随机分为2组,治疗组33例予犀角地黄汤合消风散合剂治疗;对照组32例予盐酸左西替利嗪片治疗,2组疗程均为30天。结果:治疗30天后,治疗组总有效率高于对照组,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。治疗组临床痊愈率、显效率治疗30天与治疗15天时比较,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:凉血除湿祛风法治疗慢性湿疹急性发作期患者有较好疗效,且疗程越长,疗效越好。

Objective： To observe the Clinical efficacy of therapy of cooling blood, removing dampness, and dispelling wind for treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic eczema. Methods： The qualified 65 cases were divided into two group according to the enrollment sequence. Treatment group has 33 cases, and was treated by Xiuao Dihuang Decoction and Xiaofeng San Mixture. Control group had 32cases, and was treated by hydrochloric levocetirizine tablets.The two groups were treated for 30 days. Results： After treatment for 30 days, the total effective rate of treatment group was superior to that of the control group, the difference being significant（P 〈 0.05）. The curative rate and markedly effective rate after treatment for 30 days in both groups differed from those after treatment for 15 days（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion. Therapy of cooling blood, removing dampness, and dispelling wind shows better effect for treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic eczema.
