摘要
本文探讨我国目前督导考核的特点,阐明内激励因素对高职院校建立督导考核机制的指导意义。
This article concluded the characteristics of'the supervision, direction and examination in higher vocational colleges and illustrated the guidance of the internal incentive factors to establish the mechanism of supervision and evaluation in higher vocational colleges.
