摘要
目的探讨食管癌术后胃瘫发生的高危因素及其防治措施。方法回顾性调查我院2003—2011年诊治的食管癌术后18例胃瘫病例(A组),并与同期未发生胃瘫377例患者(B组)进行比较分析。结果患者术时>4h、颈吻合、合并糖尿病、术后紧张忧虑的患者术后较易发生胃瘫。结论术时长、高位吻合、合并糖尿病、术后紧张忧虑是术后发生胃瘫的高危因素。
Objective To investigate the risk factors and its preventive measures of gastroparesis after esophageal cancer surgery. Methods A retrospective survey was performed for 18 cases of esophageal carcinoma after esophageal cancer surgery ( group A) and 377 patients with the same period without gastroparesis (group 13) form 2003 to 2011 in author's hospital. Results The results showed that some factors were risk factor of gastric paralysis such as operation duration more than 4h, cervical anastomosis, diabetes mellitus, postoperative nervous worry. Conclusion The operation duration long, high anastomosis, diabetes mellitus, postoperat!ve nervous worry are the high risk factors of gastroplegia.
