摘要
利用自制可变速摩擦热试验机对复合材料的表面温度场、摩擦系数和摩擦磨损状况进行了测试,并通过扫描电子显微镜对复合材料的表面微观形貌以及转移膜的成分进行了分析。实验结果表明:不同组分、含量的金属氧化物/PA1010复合材料的表面温升并不相同;Fe_3O_4/PA1010复合材料摩擦片摩擦因数与表面形成的转移膜有关;制动时复合材料摩擦片表面瞬时温度经历三个阶段:无反应阶段、线性升温阶段、温度缓慢变化阶段;摩擦因数的变化趋势和复合材料的玻璃态向高弹态转变的过程相对应。
The surface temperature field, friction coefficient and wearing status of composites were investigated by using homemade variable speed frictional heat testing machine. Composites' surface microstructure and transfer film's composition were analyzed by using scanning electron microscope. The results show that the surface temperature increase is different with different components, and contents of metal oxide/PA1010 composites. The transient temperature of composites surface during braking undergoes three stages: no reaction stage, linear increasing stage and slow changing stage. And the friction coefficient of friction plate for the composite Fe304/PA1010 is related to the transfer film, which forms on the friction surface. The change tendency of the friction coefficient corresponds to that of the composites' transformation from the glassy state to the elastomeric state.
