不育男性精液中16种邻苯二甲酸酯类物质的检测与分析 被引量:8

摘要 目的检测苏州地区男性精液中邻苯二甲酸酯类物质(phthalic acid esters,PAEs)的水平,分析PAEs对男性生育能力的影响。方法用反相高效液相色谱法(RP-HPLC)检测84例不育男性和32例正常生育男性精液中16种PAEs的水平并进行比较。结果苏州地区男性精液中邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯(DIBP)、邻苯二甲酸二丁氧基乙酯(DBEP)、邻苯二甲酸二异辛酯(DEHP)3种PAEs含量较高。不育组的DIBP、DBEP、DEHP含量及PAEs总量高于正常生育组,差异显著(P均<0.01);且精液中DIBP、DBEP、DEHP及PAEs总量与精子总数均呈负相关(P均<0.05)。结论在苏州地区男性精液标本中检测到了PAEs,PAEs蓄积可能是男性不育的原因之一。 Objectives To determine the concentration of phthalic acid esters(PAEs) in the men′s semen in Suzhou region and analyze their effects on male infertility.Methods A total of 16 kinds of PAEs in the semen from 84 infertile men and 32 health fertile men were determined by reverse-phase high-performance liquid chromatography(RP-HPLC).The concentrations of phthalates between the infertile and fertile groups were compared.Results In Suzhou region the levels of diisobutyl phthalate(DIBP),phthalic acid,bis(2-butoxyethyl) ester(DBEP) and di-(2-ethyl hexyl)phthalate(DEHP) in men′s semen were higher than those of the other phthalates.The concentrations of DIBP,DBEP,DEHP and total PAEs in the semen of infertility group were higher than those in fertility group with significant statistical difference(P0.01).The overall concentrations of the three kinds of phthalates and total PAE were negatively associated with sperm count in semen(P0.05).Conclusion In Suzhou region PAEs were detectable in male semen samples.High concentration of PAEs in semen may be one of the reasons leading to male infertility.
