摘要
感应电机广泛用于各个行业,其机械故障大多与气隙偏心有关。该文介绍了国内外感应电机气隙偏心故障的研究状况。首先介绍了基于电机电流信号分析的偏心检测方法,包括理论分析的多回路数学模型,给出了静态偏心、动态偏心、混合偏心和斜偏心状态下的相关重要研究结论,分析和评价了当前的研究方法。其次简要介绍了气隙偏心导致的不平衡磁拉力和振动方面的内容,包括不平衡磁拉力的计算和振动信号分析。最后,根据当前存在的问题和不足,对未来感应电机偏心故障研究进行了展望。指出了大型感应电机偏心故障的研究发展方向在故障诊断和偏心抑制方面,并结合实际提出了更加符合实际的动态弧偏心模型。
Induction motors are widely used in a variety of fields, and the mechanical failures are mostly related to air-gap eccentricity. A survey on the research of air-gap eccentricity in induction motors is given in the paper. Detection of air-gap eccentricity based on motor current signature analysis is described in detail, including the mathematical model used in theoretical analysis. Some important conclusions about static eccentricity, dynamic eccentricity, mixed eccentricity and inclined eccentricity are given in this paper. Then a brief introduction of unbalanced magnetic pull and vibration caused by eccentricity is presented, including the calculation of unbalanced magnetic pull and vibration signal analysis. Finally, the future research prospect of air-gap eccentricity faults is discussed based on the current problems and deficiencies. Fault diagnosis and eccentricity restriction are thought to be the developing direction. And curved dynamic eccentricity which is more precise is proposed in this paper.
