架空输电线路雷击闪络预警方法 被引量:36

摘要 现有架空输电线路雷电预警方法一般都是针对一定区域是否发生雷电而进行预警或预报的,无法对雷击输电线路造成的闪络风险进行预警。为此,提出了一种架空输电线路雷击闪络预警方法,具体实施步骤为:结合雷电监测网和气象卫星云图实时监测信息确定雷暴云位置及运动趋势,以大气电场仪探测到的雷暴云与被保护输电线路之间的距离为依据,通过实时查询雷电监测网雷电信息,分级启动输电线路雷电预警、输电线路雷击预警和输电线路雷击闪络预警,按照时间间隔给出线路雷击闪络预警等级和预警程度直至预警解除。通过220kV线路实例详细阐述了预警流程和结果。该方法在提高预警准确性及空间准确度上考虑更为细致,增强了预警信息的可操作性,具有实际工程应用价值。 Current lightning warning methods of overhead transmission lines are generally aiming at forecasting or warning the forthcoming lightning for a certain region,and they are not capable to forecast the flashover risk of transmission lines caused by lightning strikes.Therefore,we propose a method to realize lightning flashover warning of overhead transmission lines.The implementation procedure of the method is as follows.Using the information of lightning detection networks and satellite cloud pictures,the location and movement trend of thunder clouds are real-time monitored.The atmospheric electric field meters installed near the transmission lines are utilized to detect the distance between the thunder cloud and the lines.With that distance and the real-time lightning information from the lightning detection network,the lightning warning,lightning strike warning,and lightning flashover warning of transmission lines are started sequentially.The warning levels and risk degrees are given with regular intervals until the warnings are terminated.An example of some 220 kV line is presented to describe the warning process in detail.The proposed method considers more comprehensively in improving its warning accuracy and spatial precision,and the operability of its warning information is improved obviously,thus it has actual engineering application value.
