“药品银行”模块的建立及运行探讨

Discussion on Establishment and Operation of“Drugs Bank”Module

目的:探讨病区多余药品的管理方法,加强医院药品管理。方法:分析我院住院部各病区因存放多余药品导致的相关问题,通过在住院部药房医院信息系统中建立"药品银行"模块,实施将病区多余药品交由药剂科管理存放但能从"药品银行"存入和支取的制度,同时评价该方法的管理成效。结果与结论:病区存放多余药品存在存储条件不适宜、无法进行效期管理及药品外流等隐患;建立的"药品银行"模块包括病区退药、病区发药和银行台账3部分。自实施该制度后,实现了病区多余药品的存入、合理支出及收支管理,保证了多余药品的有效储存,减少了药品的质量安全隐患和浪费,促进了医院药品的有效管理。

OBJECTIVE：To discuss the method for ward redundant drugs management,and to strengthen the management of drugs in hospitals.METHODS：Related problems of redundant drugs storied in wards of inpatient department were analyzed in our hospital.The＂drugs bank＂module was established by in-patient department pharmacy in HIS.The redundant drugs in wards were delivered to pharmacy department,and could be deposited and drawn from＂drugs bank＂.RESULTS CONCLUSIONS：The storage condition of redundant drugs in wards is not suitable,and the risk of validity management and drug drains can＇t be avoided.Established＂drugs bank＂module includes drug return and drug delivery in ward and account.After the implementation of the system,the storage,reasonable withdrawal and income/expenditure management of redundant drugs in wards have been obtained,to guarantee the effective storage of redundant drugs,reduce the risk of drug quality and waste,and promote the effective management of drugs in hospital.
