智能电网中储能技术应用规划及其效益评估方法综述 被引量:157

摘要 智能电网是电力系统发展的终极目标,而储能技术在智能电网的建设过程中起到非常重要的作用。在总结现有的储能技术的基础上,针对储能技术在电网侧、用户侧和新能源发电中等3个不同的主要应用场合,对其应用规划和效益评估方法进行研究和归纳,分析相关研究的模型中目标函数的差异,以及约束条件的不同,指出目前研究的优点和不足。此外,对储能应用规划中的算法进行分析,说明传统的数学方法是其主要方法。最后,阐述储能规划中有待进一步考虑的问题和未来应用推广过程中应予以关注的方面。 Smart grid is the final aim of power system development,in which the energy storage technology is a very important component.In this paper,the existing energy storage technologies were plotted out to the three different main application occasions with utility side,user side and renewable energy generation.The application planning and benefit assessment methods were studied and summarized.The difference between objective functions,constraints and solving methods of the relative research models were analyzed.The advantages and weaknesses of the current researches were pointed out.Finally,this paper illustrated the further considerations needed in the energy storage planning and the aspects should be concerned in the application popularization process.
