摘要
目的:建立气质联用色谱法(GC-MS/SIM)测定明胶空心胶囊中的邻苯二甲酸酯类化合物的含量。方法:采用HP-5MS石英毛细管柱(30 m×0.25 mm,0.25μm),EI离子源,选择m/z 149离子用于SIM检测明胶空心胶囊中的邻苯二甲酸酯类化合物。结果:对国内不同厂家共32批明胶空心胶囊进行邻苯二甲酸酯类化合物检测,结果显示邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯为0.07~0.78μg.g-1、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯为0.08~0.97μg.g-1、邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基)己酯为0.05~0.75μg.g-1。结论:本法简便、快速、准确,可用于明胶空心胶囊中邻苯二甲酸酯类化合物的含量测定。
Objective:To determine the phthalate esters in vacant gelatin capsules by GC-MS/SIM. Methods :The GC-MS conditions were as follows:HP-5 MS (30 m × 0.25 mm ,0.25 μm) capillary column was used, high purity helium was used as carrier gas, electronic ionization was El, and the selected ions was m/z 149. Results : For the 32 batches of vacant gelatin capsules from different companies, the contents of phthalate esters were determined to be as follows: DIBP0.07-0.78μg·g^-1,DBP0.08 -0.97 μg·g^-1 and DEHP0.05 -0.75μg·g^-1.Conclusion:The method has been proved to be simple and accurate. It has been applied in the determination of phthalate esters in vacant gelatin capsules.
