自拟阴痒汤加减涂擦塌渍联合红外热辐射理疗灯照射治疗外阴白色病变临床研究

Clinical Study on Combined Application of Prescribed Yinyang Tang Inunction Wet Dressing and Infrared Radiation Physiotherapeutic Irradiation in Treating White Lesions of Vulva

目的:观察自拟阴痒汤加减涂擦塌渍联合红外热辐射理疗灯照射治疗外阴白色病变的临床疗效。方法:选择门诊要求治疗的外阴白色病变患者70例,随机分为两组各35例。对照组采用0.025%氟轻松软膏涂擦联合红外热辐射理疗灯照射,观察组采用自拟阴痒汤加减涂擦塌渍联合红外热辐射理疗灯照射。15 d为一疗程,经期停止治疗,治疗2～4个疗程后观察疗效,治疗结束后三个月内观察复发情况。结果:对照组:痊愈率2.9%,总有效率80%;观察组:痊愈率25.7%,总有效率100%;两组间痊愈率、总有效率均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。两组间疗程无显著性差异。对照组复发5例,观察组复发0例,两组间复发率有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:自拟阴痒汤加减涂擦塌渍联合红外热辐射理疗灯照射治疗外阴白色病变效果显著。

Objective：To observe the curative effect of prescribed Yinyang Tang and infrared radiation physiotherapeutic irradiation in treating WLV. Methods ：70 patients of White Lesions of Vulva（WLV） are randomly divided into two groups of 35. The control groupis treated with 0. 025% fluoeinonide ointment inunction and infrared radiation physiotherapeutie irradiation, while the treatment group prescribed Yinyang Tang and infrared radiation physiotherapeutic irradiation. After 2 to 4 courses of treatment of 30 to 60 days, cessation of treatment during menstrualperiods, we observe the curative effect of the treatment in relapse cases within three months. Results：In control group, the cure rate is 2. 9%, total effec- tive rate 80% ; in treatment group,the cure rate is 25.7% , total effective rate 100%. The differences in cure rates and total effective rates are quite obvious （P 〈 0. 05 ）. What＇s more, no recmTence case is found in the treatment group, while five are found in the control group. Significant differences are demonstrated in relapserates of the treatment group and the control group（P 〈0. 05 ）. Conclusions：Combined application of prescribed Yinyang Tang and infrared radiation physiotherapeutie irradiation proves quite effective in treating WLV.
