利复星与青霉素联合治疗下呼吸道感染82例临床报告

Levofloxacin and Penicillin Combination Therapy Clinical Evaluation of the Lower Respiratory Tract infections

目的:探讨利复星与青霉素联合治疗下呼吸道感染的疗效。方法:对82例下呼吸道感染病例均使用青霉素注射剂与利复星注射剂联合治疗,观察症状体征改善及细菌阴转情况。结果:临床有效率为90.2%,细菌阴转率88.4%。结论:利复星与青霉素联合治疗下呼吸道感染安全有效。

Objective： To investigate the levofloxacin and penicillin combined treatment of lower respiratory tract infection treatment. Methods： 82 cases of lower respiratory tract infections were penicillin injection and the injection of levofloxacin combination therapy, observed symptoms and signs improved and the bacterial conversion of. Results：Clinical response rate was 90. 2%, 88.4% negative rate of bacteria. Conclusions ： Levofloxacin combined with penicillin safe and effective treatment of lower respiratory tract infections.
