摘要 当前自动配煤系统中称重控制器以模拟量进行通信,变频器使用数字/模拟IO端口进行控制,存在严重干扰问题,影响配煤安全和配煤质量,并且由于线路因素配煤数据远距离传输较难实现。文章通过洗煤厂实例,介绍了自动配煤系统数字化通信,包括称重控制器和变频器光纤通信改造,以GPRS方式进行配煤数据远距离传输,取得了很好的效果,为工业现场数字化通信提供了解决方案。 The weighing controller in the present automatic coal blending system was communicated with analog quantity, the frequency converter was controlled with digital/simulated IO ports. The interference problems existed would affect to the coal blending safety and coal blending quality. Due to the line rout factor, the long distance transition of the coal blending data was hard to be realized. With the coal preparation plant as the case, the paper introduced the digitalized communication of the automatic coal blending system, including the optical fiber communication reconstruction of the weighing controller and frequency converter. A long distance transmission of coal blending data was conducted with GPRS method. The good effect obtained and could provide a solution to the digitalized communication at the industrial site.
