摘要
随着教育管理体制改革的持续深入,学校自评受到前所未有的重视。比较分析发现,各国学校自评呈现出诸多共同特点,主要包括:(1)加强学校自评与外部评估的合作;(2)在评估功能上强调问责与改进的平衡;(3)在评估主体上重视多种利益相关者的积极参与;(4)在评估数据收集上强调证据的获得和支撑;(5)在评估实施过程中注重外部力量的支持;(6)在结果分析上体现鲜明的行动取向。我国要充分借鉴国际经验,加强学校自评,构建学校主动自评和改进的可持续发展新机制。
Nowadays, with the reform of educational administration system, school self-evaluation re- ceives more and more attention. Some common traits of school self-evaluation were found through international comparative analysis as following: developing a cooperative relationship between school self-valuation and external evaluation; emphasizing the balance of accountability and improvement in terms of evalu- ation function; paying attention to stakeholder engagement of different sorts; highlighting the acquirement and support of evidence in terms of evaluation data collection; seeking the assistance from external sources in evaluation process; offering action-oriented plan for further improvement. We should learn from the practice of foreign countries and develop a new mechanism to facilitate school initiative self-evaluation and continuous improvement.
