摘要
学校增值评价通过对学生纵向发展的衡量,有效区分学校与非学校因素,实现了对学校办学质量的有效评估,从20世纪80年代起,已被世界各国广泛运用于学校评估实践中。在我国,增值评价方法虽然已被研究者接受,但仍未被有效运用于学校评估实践中,还需要进一步加强对学校增值评价理念和价值的认识,有组织地、自上而下地开展学校增值评价,加强增值评价所需测量与评价技术的支持。为了使学校增值评价在我国得到更好的应用,建议明确学校增值评价的目的,科学设计学校增值评价方案,准确解读学校增值评价结果,充分使用学校增值评价结果。
School value-added assessment evaluates school quality effectively through the measurement of the longitudinal development of students and distinguishing the school and non-school factors effectively. Since 1980s, it has been widely used in school evaluation all over the world. Although researchers in China are familiar with the concept of value-added assessment, it has not been effectively used in school e- valuation. We need to further promote the understanding of the idea and value of value-added assessment, systematically put it into use from the top down, and increase the measure and evaluation technology sup- port needed by value-added assessment. To effectively use value-added assessment in China, it is proposed that the aim of school value-added assessment should he clarified, school value-added assessment program should be designed scientifically; the results of school value-added assessment should be interpreted accurately; and the results of value-added assessment should be made good use of.
